15 minutes of movement
7 carefully crafted movement sessions to music for each day of the week. We have power moves, sculpt, dumbbell body pump, cardio, dance, pilates and yoga for a varied, fun and manageable range of workouts.
3 minutes of gratitude
A mindful practise to create a new reality. I’ll guide you through re-programming your mind to see life through a new lens, to be grateful without caveats, and to elevate your vibration.
2 minutes of appreciation
Honouring and recognising the importance of social connection and community, this practise will help you to strengthen bonds with those around you, and provides an opportunity to appreciate those who lift you up and support your growth.
2 minutes of breathwork
Our breath is our most powerful resource to regulate our nervous system, manage our mood, and reduce stress and anxiety. I’ll introduce you to a method that you can use daily to ground yourself, and bring the mind back to the present moment, whenever you need.
