Who is this for?

This program is tailor-made for women who want to focus on building their strength! I recently consulted with over 200 women who were experiencing varying symptoms from the menopause, so I have developed this to be fully inclusive.

We will focus on dumbbell strength training to sculpt lean muscle and fortify your body. Its ideal for those seeking targeted guidance in strength training and nutrition. Strength training

Every four weeks, you'll receive a fresh set of follow-along workouts!

The program is strategically crafted to establish a robust foundation of strength and technique during the initial four-week phase. Through progressive training, we aim to overload your muscles and enhance your overall strength. The subsequent phase introduces a dynamic approach, incorporating increased power into your movements. As we advance to the third phase, our focus shifts to unilateral movement patterns, advancing your training while fine-tuning any existing imbalances in the body.

Live workouts

As part of this transformative fitness journey with my 12-week program, each week you’re invited into my home for something exciting! There’s a live workout experience awaiting you every week, crafted to give you confidence as you navigate through your series of workouts. These invigorating sessions not only provide an extra dose of motivation but also give you that intimate opportunity to sweat it out alongside me and the team of women in real time. (They will be recorded if you can’t make them live)

Nutrition support

Building strength and achieving the growth of lean muscle requires optimal nutrition

I will provide you with the necessary nutrition advice and support to facilitate the development of lean muscle, promote effective recovery, and ensure quality sleep, whilst working on the composition of your body to lose body fat. I will provide guidance on the timing and what to include in your diet, all tailored to be menopause-friendly. Additionally, if you have any specific dietary requirements I can effectively support you to work towards your fitness goals.

Over the 12 weeks, a dedicated mindset course is interwoven, featuring a distinct focus each week. This course is designed to assist you in fostering self-care and self-awareness, ultimately empowering you to cultivate a robust and resilient mindset for effectively navigating life's challenges. I have a deep passion for mindfulness and nurturing a compassionate and supportive connection with ourselves.

Are you in?

The program officially launches on Monday, February 5th, and spans a duration of 12 weeks. However, you'll gain early access to the content starting this weekend, and you'll continue to have access indefinitely. Given the hands-on nature of this coaching program, featuring weekly live workouts and continuous personal support over the 12-week period, I can accommodate a maximum of 50 women.
